About Us

We are a full service Real Estate company that offers sellers multiple choices when they need to sell a house.  We purchase houses and we list houses on the MLS for sellers.  We operate as Gary Buys Houses for clients that want a quick sale, and we list properties under the brokerage Aubrey and Associates Realty for those that want a traditional sale. This gives us the ability to offer many choices when selling your house.

We also represent buyers that are looking for a house.  This includes managing the sale and the purchase of a house at the same time so the move is a smooth transaction.

Lastly we borrow money secured by real estate from people for short term or long term projects.  We offer a great way for people to diversify their Roth or Traditional IRA with good returns.  We also will partner on projects.

What Choices do I have When Selling My House?

Our focus here is on sellers that may have situations that are a little bit out of the ordinary. This would include houses you need to sell now and move later, an inherited house, foreclosure and foreclosure sale date issues, too many repairs, late property taxes, rental properties, vacant houses, houses contaminated with meth, a hoarder house, or are you getting divorced?  Or do you have a very nice home that needs to get sold?

Another choice to make is how long do you want to wait to get the proceeds from the sale of the house.  People can get their proceeds in a few days or in a month or two.  Typically, the longer you, the seller, are willing to wait to get your money, the more your proceeds will be.  And yes, this applies to nice well kept houses to houses that are in some sort of distress we listed above.  People can get their proceeds right away by selling their house quickly to us or any number of other buyers we work with. Listing your house takes longer but will typically increase your proceeds. Sometimes a house seller can sell a house today, get part of their money right away then wait several months for the remaining money.  This usually lets the buyer increase their purchase price because they don’t need to pay out large sums of money right away. This usually applies to higher priced properties.

These are the choices we can help you with.  We work with you to put all of these elements together for a successful house sale.

Working With House Buyers

We love to work with buyers that are credit challenged, first time home buyers, buyers up or down sizing or buyers that need to sell a house and buy a house at the same time.

Investing or Partnering With Us

We can offer real estate backed investments for the short or long term passive investor.  We work with an attorney and a title company that specialize in putting together deals with people that want to invest in real estate.  Below are some of the ways one can invest in real estate:

  1. Cash from an IRA or savings can be used for 6 month to 5 years deals.
  2. If you have good credit you can be the mortgage partner on rental properties or seller finance deals. This is a great way for you to own rental properties.
  3. We can work with you to learn how to find deals that we can partner on.
